A primary school and almost 600 new dwellings have been given the go ahead as part of the development of Ebbsfleet Garden City.
Keepmoat’s application for the development has been supported by Ebbsfleet Development Corporation
Included in the scheme is:
- 598 homes,
- a waterfront promenade,
- retail space,
- a children’s park,
- community facilities,
- a primary school.
Additionally, 149 starter homes, 38 of which will be for affordable rent and 37 for shared ownership will be included in the development.
Enhancements to the prominent WT Henley building, and a tribute to the prior Rosherville Pleasure Gardens, (a Victorian tourist destination) are also included.
