This report was requested on behalf of a buyer looking to purchase a significant 100-acre estate and listed residence in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Our findings

We concluded that the risk of development being undertaken within 75m of the boundaries of this site can be considered HIGH.

We identified six potential development sites on land backing onto the farm, four of which were deemed medium or high risk. One site, opposite the end of this property’s driveway, indicated a potential development capacity for 75 new homes.
