Over the last five years, just over 1/3 of our reports have exposed one or more high-risk sites within 75 metres.

In 2023, this increased to 36% of our reports exposing one or more high-risk sites within 75 metres, and currently, the figure is just over 40%.

Local development can alter views, reduce privacy, increase noise pollution, and increase traffic volume, all of which can reduce a property’s value and resale potential, as well as the enjoyment of it.

The report also identifies the development potential of the property. By exposing the hidden value, buyers can make a more informed investment.
