I am the newest recruit here at DevAssist and working alongside Philip as a Development Analyst. My academic background is in Politics which really honed my analytical skills, and cultivated my inherent curiosity and eye for detail.

I am excited to be joining and contributing to such a progressive and forward-thinking small business.

When I am not in the office…

Outside of work, I am a complete Marvel addict. Be it watching the films, reading the comics following behind the scenes on social media, or speculating on the next plot twists and turns! Don’t judge me!

As both the web designer and head of the creative output of DevAssist, I liaise with the team on constantly evolving our branding, user experience and marketing collateral.

I believe in the difference DevAssist is making to anyone purchasing a property, enabling them to invest with insight and clarity, and am passionate about getting our services in front of many as people as possible.

When I am not in the office…

When I am not in front of a screen, I’m on or around a sports pitch. If it involves sport, I’m in. Watching, doing or getting animated from the sidelines!

I’m also a keen league table tennis player and a play regularly for our local club.

I am new to DevAssist but settling in fast to this wonderfully warm, funny and hard working team. I feel fortunate to have a broad marketing background which has taken me into many industries including; sport, music, alcohol, the charity sector, and now property.

This is a really exciting evolution for me and I look forward to collaborating with the team here and helping promote the great work that we deliver.

When I am not in the office…

Alongside work, I am an aspiring wordsmith, self-confessed wine geek, equestrian enthusiast and avid to-do list maker. Having worked recently in the drinks industry, I am hoping to ingratiate myself to my new colleagues when they’re next faced with a bewildering restaurant wine list…

My role is principally report writing and quality control. Our reports really unlock insight and data regarding potential development and it is critical that we maintain our accuracy and methodology to continue delivering such comprehensive reports.

We’re all committed to the service we offer and it is hugely gratifying to work within this team.

When I am not in the office…

Outside of the office, I am very entrenched in the local football scene and have been affiliated to the local club for 23 years. If I am not playing myself, I am coaching and mentoring younger players. I play football for local teams on a Saturday and Sunday. In addition, I draw on my Sports Development & Coaching Science background to coach and oversee a young group at my local club.

I have known and worked with the DevAssist team for many years. An architect with my own agency, and broad experience in residential and mixed use building schemes enables me to bring an informed perspective to DevAssist when called upon for consultancy. I am fortunate to work with both multi-million pound properties and Housing Association projects, and everything in between.

This experience enables me to view the property market from buyers, sellers and developers point of view which has provided invaluable insight to DevAssist as the business has evolved.

The products that DevAssist have brought to market are innovative, comprehensive and robust, and of real value to buyers, developers and solicitors. I look forward to contributing to their next chapter in this dynamic field.
