A 454-home development by Wembley Park London Underground station has been granted permission by Brent Council.
Transport for London (TfL) and Barratt London will be carrying out the development together.
The senior property development manager at TfL, Emma Hatch, has said:

Following the illegal extension to his property in Barking, without planning permission, a man has been fined £15,000.
Back in 2005, Laurence Hill applied for planning permission to build a first-floor rear extension to his property, which was refused by the council, and the Planning Inspectorate dismissed his subsequent appeal.
Despite this, 9 years later in 2014, planning enforcement officers discovered Hill had proceeded with the extension, and in February 2015, he was issued with an enforcement notice, stating the extension must be removed by June 2016.

A 4% decline in planning applications between July and September 2019 has been seen compared to the same quarter in 2018, with District-level planning authorities receiving 106,500 applications.
Of these 106,500 applications, the statistics released by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) show that 90,600 decisions were granted, which is around 88%, with 87% of the larger applications being decided within 13 weeks, or the agreed time

In an attempt to distribute over 22,000 homes, City Plan 2019-2040, its development blueprint, has been granted approval by Westminster City Council.
The plan is designed and targeted to deliver:
Planning permission for 3,000 new homes in Burgess Hill has been approved by Mid Sussex District Council’s planning committee.
Once discussed with the community, Homes England, who own the 494-acre site known as the Northern Arc, will work with developers to propose detailed planning applications.

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council have received a plan submission from land promotion specialists, Richborough Estates, encompassing 600 new homes, 40% of which will be affordable.
The 600 new dwellings, which will array from one-bed apartments to five-bed detached homes, as well as a 62-bed care home will be constructed on a 113-acre housing site between Wimborne and Poole.
